BBQ Pork Chops

BBQ Pork Chops

4-6 pork chops
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
1 T sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 t salt
dash pepper

Place pork chops evenly in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over chops. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.

We served this with cheesy hashbrown casserole, green beans & peaches

Our Review: These smelled wonderful baking but ended up having just a touch of flavor. Mike and I liked them and Lexy liked hers with regular bbq sauce poured over them, Brooke didn't care for them.
