Playing catch up a bit on here! I've been cooking, just forgetting to put it on here. I have a few recipes that I still need to get on here.

Open Face Beef Sandwiches, mashed potatoes, corn, pineapple (didn't get to)
Ham Steak, homemade Mac & Cheese, green beans, fruit cocktail
Fish Tacos, lipton noodles, mandarin oranges
Super Easy Chicken & Stuffing Casserole, corn, pears
Teriyaki Beef, cheesy potatoes, green beans, peaches

About this Blog...
I have decided to, in an attempt to dig out of the rut of having the same dinners all the time, start choosing one new recipe a week to try out. I will post those attempts here and give our judgement on if it will ever be fixed and served at our home again or not. I will also post tried and true family recipes and misc. fun snacks/desserts that we come up with! Enjoy!
I don't always know where I found a recipe that I use so if it is yours, I say "thank you"!
All of the recipes will be easy (because I'm not a great cook) and kid friendly because we always have an abundance of kiddos at our dinner table!
