Not sure where this recipe came from but sounded yummy!
Crock Pot Cheesy Pork Chops with Rice & Broccoli
4-6 boneless pork chops (chicken breasts could also be used)
2 cans cheese soup
2 cans water
2 cups rice
broccoli (to your taste)
Put all of the above in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is cooked through. That's it, sounds easy huh??
Our Review: Brooke and Lexy neither one cared for this recipe. Mike and I both enjoyed it but we both agreed that it would be much better if I seasoned the meat before putting it in the crock pot to give it more flavor. I will be making this again (with the seasoning) for Mike and I.
