A fun idea - popcorn chicken kabobs


This is Brooke's favorite thing to make and eat for dinner. I think it's time consuming but it is VERY kid friendly!
We baked the popcorn chicken in the oven and then used wooden sticks to put on the chicken, pineapple chunks, purple seedless grapes, and cherries (rinse or you'll have red all over everything!). You could use whatever you have on hand.
We served this with Lipton Noodles, chicken flavor and raw carrots/celery.
For dessert Lexy and I made peanut butter cup "blizzards". Just vanilla ice cream, cut up pb cups and a little milk in the blender/food processor!
